At Filo it’s our mission to empower and support women, as well as to provide individuals and organizations with information and support in the areas of physical development, intimacy, and self-compassion.
At Filo you'll find information resources and support services, but above all Filo is a community. Filo is there to listen and inspire. Here you can and may ask your intimate questions and share experiences about your physical and intimate development. A team of professional psychologists, sexologists, doctors and volunteers are there to help you. Join our Filo community so we can break taboos together and support each other.
