Your treatment with the pelvic physiotherapist can be supplemented with the specially developed Filo tools soon. These tools will be designed and tested in a treatment setting by our sexologist and pelvic physiotherapist. These tools are designed in such a way that practicing no longer feels like just practicing, but the combination of sexual pleasure and the recovery of sexual complaints.
These issues can lead to all kinds of physical and emotional discomfort. However, our mission goes further than just introducing a product. Our packaging is made from recycled material and printed with vegetable ink. We also work with high-quality recycled PET (RPET) and 100% silicone, without plastic, for our pleasure tools.

Pelvic floor training with the Filo Pelvic Floor trainer
Note: Always consult your specialist before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have specific medical conditions.
Step 1: Preparation
1. Provide a quiet, comfortable space where you can concentrate.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly before you start.
3. Clean the Filo Pelvic Floor Trainer according to the package instructions
4. Apply a water-based lubricant to the Filo Pelvic Floor Trainer and to the area around your pelvic floor. Use the pleasure oil from My Own Filo for this.
Step 2: Inserting the Filo Pelvic Floor Trainer
1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. This can be with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor or stretched out on your back.
2. Relax your body and breathe in and out calmly.
3. Gently place the Filo Pelvic Floor Trainer into your vagina, with the wider end pointing up and the narrow end pointing down. Make sure it feels comfortable.
Step 3: Pelvic floor contractions
1. Start by tightening your pelvic floor muscles by pulling them upward, as if you were trying to stop your urine from leaking. This is the basis of the exercise.
2. Hold this contraction for 5 seconds, breathing slowly as you do this.
3. Slowly release the contraction and relax the muscles for 5 seconds.
4. Repeat this 10 times. This is one set.
Step 4: Repeat and Intensify
1. Repeat the above set 2 to 3 times, with a short rest between each set.
2. As your pelvic floor muscles become stronger, you can gradually increase the duration of contractions and relaxations. For example, try starting with 5-second contractions and 5-second relaxation, and then work your way up to 10-second contractions and 10-second relaxation.
Step 5: Remove the Filo Pelvic Floor Trainer
1. After completing your training session, carefully remove the Filo Pelvic Floor Trainer.
2. Wash the trainer again according to the instructions on the packaging.
Step 6: Maintenance and Progress
1. Continue to exercise regularly, preferably daily or as recommended by your specialist.
2. If you notice that the exercises become easier, you can increase the intensity by increasing the number of repetitions or increasing the duration of the contractions and relaxations.
3. Always follow the instructions and recommendations of your specialist and indicate if you have any questions or uncertainties.
Remember that it is important to be patient and gradually strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Always listen to your body and stop the exercises if you experience discomfort or pain. If you have any concerns or specific medical needs, it is advisable to speak with your specialist before starting this exercise routine.
